• Is it real a 14 cup food processor and the size is big ?

  With a max14 cup (3.5L) capacity and dimensions of 11.0 x 9.8 x 17.3 inches, this food processor is larger than most home models. Please notice it is much bigger than personal use, please confirm it suits your needs before ordering.

• How to power on the food processor ?

  Before use, securely lock the bowl, lid, and cover. Refer to the manual or Magiccos US YouTube channel for instructions. Ensure the arrow and lock symbols align; otherwise, the food processor won’t power on.

• Is it normal to have some crazy vibrations, what about food residuals for the food processor?

  If processor shakes excessively, the blade may be installed incorrectly—proper installation should resolve this. vibration is normal under heavy load. Lightly hold the bowl could reduce it, as food residue is common, and use a pusher to minimize it

• Is the food processor dishwasher safe ?

  The food processor includes plastic parts, which are designed to be stored on the top rack of the dishwasher for safety. Heat at the bottom rack may warp/melt them. For such damage issues, contact Magiccos for assistance.

• Why I can not find the blades inside the food processor packing box ?

  The latest batch has all blades on Styrofoam inserts. If any are missing, check if they were shifted to the inner packaging during delivery. If you still can’t find them, please contact Magiccos for assistance
